Crochet Yarn: Cotton yarn (White colour)
Crochet hook: Size 1 or size for gauge
Gauge: 4″square – 8 meshes and 12 rows. For table cloth ca 38 1/2 in diameter, use pearl crochet cotton no. 8 and steel crochet hook US size 11.
Begin:
Begin at center. Ch 8 and join to form ring
Rnd 1: In ring work 20 dc (first dc= 3 ch throughout): close all dc rnds with sl st in top of ch-3
Rnd2: Work (1 dc, 3 ch, sl 1 st) 10 times.
Rnd3: Work 1 dc in each dc, 5 dc in each ch lp- 60 dc.
Rnd4- 99: Work following diagrams 1 and 2. On rnd 14, last ch-5 lp = 2 ch + 1dc in top of ch 2.
Rnd100: Close rnd 99, contb with 1 sl st in each of the next 2 sts, ch 1, then work 1 sc + 3 ch + 1 sc over
ch-1 sh lp, 5 ch, 1 sc in next ch lp, 5 ch, rep from * around beg with next ch lp : close with sl st in first sc.
